Went in to upsize as I wanted a larger car. Initial impressions were good and was swiftly served. When I got back from the test drive and heard my trade in offer, it was insultingly low, and when the salesman was informed of this and said offer rejected (with researched examples), he went from friendly to impatient and unpleasant.The car was nice but I will be looking elsewhere

I looked at a jeep for sale via auto trader with 48 k on the clock,and no damage,and made a subject to inspection offer,had a independent inspection and found the vehicle had 2500km more than advertised no disclosure by the dealer on this "

I purchased a 2021 Rexton, and had a very smooth experience.Since the purchase I have had some extras put on by their service centre, this also was a good experience. A few things required some smart troubleshooting which they achieved without fuss in a timely manner.This is a refreshing change of experience for me in relation to vehicles I have previously bought at the big 3. No names, you know who I mean.Highly recommended.

Was utterly insulated by the trade in offer. Trading in 1 year old car with 4 years left on manufactures warranty and were offered 5k less than market value. Went elsewhere and looked at the same car to trade our car in on. Only difference next dealers car was 1k more but they offered 3.5k more as a trade in.

Bought two cars about 18 months ago and having had earlier bad experience with second hand car dealers, expected the worst. However, I can now say that we have been very happy with both cars and neither revealed any unexpected surprises. Would not hesitate to buy from here again.

Very poor customer communication. Got my vehicle order mixed up, so was looking at another 3 months delivery after waiting 6 months on original order. Our salesman was very helpful on the first day and then never heard back from him. Had to do a lot of chasing via email and phone to get answers. In a nutshell, cancelled order and found another vehicle from another dealer who could deliver on time and bent over to help me after explaining my situation. Bergmans need to get their internal communications sorted so one department knows what the other is doing.
