Great shop and very good experience

If I could give a zero star rating I would. Had my JetSki booked in here two weeks in advance, drove over 2.5 hours to bring it in for my scheduled appointment, only to get there and doors are locked, no-ones there, even though it says on the door opening at 7am (it was 9am). Not one messaged or called to say they wouldn’t be open or that they couldn’t do it. Very poor service. Don’t waste your time here. Go to Western watercraft instead, they fitted me in with short notice after hearing my story and very knowledgeable and done a great job on our JetSki.

Bought a ski from Jetskiwa, they bent over backwards to make sure I could take the ski before the weekend. Full rebuild on the engine and supercharger prior to my purchase, they said if I have any issues to take it back straight away and they’d fix it.. The ski had some minor teething issues, true to their word they fixed the ski up and kept me informed.The ski came with a 30 day warranty, it’s hard to come by companies that honour their deal, but JetskiWA do! Thanks a bunch!

Great shop and experience, nothing was an issue for the team and our ski is running better than it ever has! Highly recommend!

DO NOT GO HERE!!! Dont know where to start!!! 0/5 starsThey almost sunk my ski!! Left the cooling hose off and the hull filled with water then denied any fault. (Hose was taken off to remove starter motor)Quoted me a price then charged me $250 more for a starter motor. Grinding swarf was left throughout the ski from removing a bolt.Ski went in to the shop fine (less starter motor) then somehow" come back with the supercharger wheel completely smashed to bits. They again denied any wrong doing costing me a lot more $$ elsewhere getting fixed.Dodgy and careless crew !"

Had some maintenance work done on my jetski, less then two week ago, i ask them to give it a general look over and check the lights on the trailer. Which i was charged for no dramer. They say everthing was working and all good to go. When to take it out on sat arvo connected the lights but they didnt work so. I Checked the plug it has even been touch or sprayed with crc. not happy dont like being lie too and charged for service they didnt ever do

I had a great experience at this jetskis Wa!
