Great service from Brenton in the Service Department. I had an issue with a part in my car and he personally took the part and dropped it off and picked it up again from their supplier who repaired the part. He called me through out the day to keep me updated every time something new was done. Thank you so much for your great customer service! Highly recommend dealing with Brenton.

Would not recommend buying a car or getting it serviced here - service non existing. We drove a long way to get the car serviced here. Paying top dollar and the car doesn't even get a simple wash. Instead they left their rubbish in the car.When buying the car here you better get any promises they make in writing because they don't hold their word d and don't seem to care about it anyway.

My Jeep had a problem; fancy that;) So I took it to Albany World of Car's service team and sure there were a few rough spots, but these mostly could be attributed to 'the global times'. Among the three-week parts saga, the service department's Stacy was efficient, informative, genuine and friendly. And now my car works. I have no hesitation to return to AWoC when my Jeep next needs a visit.John

I recently had the opportunity to buy a Mitsubishi Triton 4WD from the Team at Albany World of Cars. It was an awesome and positive experience.I was well looked after from start to end; supported by their manager Claude and his staff Josh. They understood my vehicle requirements and appreciated my budget constraints. They showed patience, poise and accommodated me all the way until the car was delivered to my door step. The buying experience was pleasant, humorous and satisfying. I am glad to have chosen to buy my car from the Team at Albany World of Cars.Thank You.

Paid $2000 for alot of work to be done, none of work was done. Additionally over 200kms were added to my odometer and my front brake pads were completely missing. Because I was away at work at the time, they told my partner the car was safe to drive and ended up doing more damage driving to Perth as well as braking down along the way because the initial work wasn't done. Ontop of this they claim to have a Hyundai certified diesel mechanic, after complaining (which got none of my money back) i was told they don't actually have any equipment to work on Hyundai or diesel vehicles and that my car was sent to a diesel specialist in town. On talking to the diesel specialist they had never seen or heard of my car. Absolutely the worst mechanic on albany. Do not use them!

Rude and disrespectful experience at Service Department.I have purchased my last three cars from this company and have been happy with everything until my last service visit earlier this year. The rude and disrespectful attitude directed toward me by a female service staff member at that time was totally unwarranted and inappropriate. Although I have subsequently raised this matter with the Company’s management, there seemed to be little appetite for counselling staff and a formal apology. I shall take my custom elsewhere.

Would not recommend! If your buying you'll get treated nice but for servicing and ongoing not so much or better yet have a issue can be sure to be treated like a piece of disposable garbage. Worst owner of a company ive ever dealt with, zero customer skills! arrogant and rude does not even begin to describe this man. Save yourself and go elsewhere.

So I called in to buy a new car.Was told by the manager I could expect the car in September 2022.I paid deposit and signed a contract on the premise that my partner would need to test drive 1 of the vehicles prior to us going ahead with the purchase.They said no problem they would arrange a test drive and be in touch.3 weeks later I called and asked to find out how things were progressing.They had no idea when a car would be available, andHad forgotten about the test drive for my partner.I requested a refund that was 9days ago and multiple emails.My last contact from them was Friday stating the management would contact me directly..Do not go to this dealership for anything!!

Recently financed a new i30 for myself, and I'd like to say the team at Albany World Of Cars went above and beyond to make sure it was done as quickly as possible, with great care. I'm extremely happy with my car, and I highly recommend their service. My only regret writing this is I can't give more stars!

$700 rip off service because it was a major service. Tyre rotation listed as done but has since been checked and was not done. Side mirror still not working. Charged $162 for sundries = expensive car wash! Asked for maps to be updated - not done. Checked myMazda portal, same service $380. Stick with local mechanics or go to Parkland Mazda in Perth.0 star rating for Albany World of Cars! Poor service all round.Enjoy my money, its the last you'll get.
